This workshop includes a presentation reviewing common funding sources, followed by Q&A geared to supporting families in completing funding applications. Q&A will be facilitated by Holland Bloorview Family Support Specialists, Social Workers and Family Leaders. Funding sources that we focus on include Special Services at Home (SSAH), Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD), Ontario Autism Program (OAP), Assistive Devices Program (ADP) and other supports such as the TTC Assistance Card, Easter Seals Grants, Access2Entertainment Card and more.
