The Baby CIMT Clinic Program at Holland Bloorview provides assessment and consultation to infants ages 3 months to 21 months with asymmetrical arm and hand function, and suspected or diagnosed hemiplegic cerebral palsy. The clinic provides a standardized hand assessment, a neurological exam , and works in partnership with the community therapist(s) and/or early interventionist to support the implementation of Baby CIMT.
