Selvi Sert is a multidisciplinary professional with five years of experience in pediatric clinical trials, specializing in operationalizing real-world data validation projects to bridge research findings with practical applications.

 

In her role, she coordinates large-scale research projects from inception to execution, including two multi-site clinical trials, overseeing protocol development, ethics applications, data collection, and coordination with senior investigators across multiple research institutes.

With a skillset in knowledge translation, Selvi excels at transforming complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences, enhancing program visibility. Her expertise is evident in her efforts to promote research technologies through trade show demonstrations, conference presentations, and donor briefings. Additionally, she has contributed to knowledge dissemination by designing user onboarding documentation, illustrating graphic assets for video game integration, and enhancing research communication strategies through branding, social media campaigns, promotional videos, website design, and print media.

Her technical proficiency spans design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Autodesk Fusion, DaVinci Resolve) and research tools (SPSS, REDCap, NVivo, Infonetica Ethics Review Manager), supporting her ability to streamline workflows and enhance research outputs.
