Working with us

Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital is dedicated to creating a world of possibility for children and youth with disabilities and their families.

Fundamental to fulfilling that goal is attracting exceptional professionals. We offer the opportunity to make a difference, impacting lives and challenging one another in an atmosphere that is defined by dynamic people doing remarkable work each day.

Our team is comprised of more than 900 staff members who occupy full-time, part-time and casual positions. Annually, about 7,000 children, youth and their families from across Ontario benefit from our outpatient clinics, hospital care, assistive technology services, community outreach initiatives and our commitment to client- and family-centred care. Such exceptional service is a direct reflection of our organization’s employees.

Holland Bloorview is a teaching hospital fully affiliated with the University of Toronto, and a proud winner of numerous workplace awards. We are committed to fostering a climate of equity and diversity that welcomes and respects the diversity of our clients, families, staff, trainees, students, volunteers, trustees and partners.
