- Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Pediatrician
- Physiotherapy (PT)
- Prosthetics (PT) and/or Orthotics
- Psychology (Psych)
- Psychopharmacology Clinic
- Seating Clinic
- Specialized Orthopedic Development Rehabilitation (SODR)
- Speech language pathology (SLP)
- Spina Bifida & Spinal Cord
- Social Work
- Transitions, Recreation & Life Skills (Please note not all services provided through this team qualify, some services are fee-for-services and are not offered through OHIP
Please note
- Please note that if your child only uses fee–for-service programs such as Aquatics, Dental or Spiral Garden camp and some therapeutic recreation programs are not clinical services, and they cannot access the Family Support Fund. Please contact the Family Resource Centre for information on other funding.
- Please note, Children over the age of 19 cannot be considered for funding through The Family Support Fund, even if they are actively participating in programming/services at Holland Bloorview.
