All REB applications must be submitted using the eREB system. 

The eREB Change Request process will allow you to provide feedback to help us continually improve the system to better meet your needs. If needed, please submit an eREB Change Request Form.

CTO

Any multisite research studies conducted in two or more CTO qualified sites must be submitted using the CTO Stream system (in addition to the shortform Initial Application form on the eREB system) as outlined in the flowchart located here.
