Children’s vaccine clinics at Holland Bloorview

Join us on Friday, December 17 from 1:00 to 8:00 P.M. for a sensory-friendly, family-friendly and fully-accessible COVID-19 vaccination clinic for children aged 5-11 (born in 2016 or earlier) with disabilities and/or complex care needs.

The clinic is also open to siblings as well as youth aged 12-17 to receive their first or second dose.

Holland Bloorview is happy to offer quiet spaces, language translation and ASL to those who need. Staff will be onsite to help you access quiet space and provide support as needed. Nurses with clear masks will also be available.

Register online to book an appointment. Accommodations requests will be taken during the registration process.

When: Friday, December 17, 2021 from 1 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.
How: Please sign up to register for a vaccination appointment.
Who: Children and youth aged 5-17 for first and second doses.
