Gabriel Ng

Gabriel is currently pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Toronto. He received his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University in the United States.

Gabe’s current project:

Generalized Gait Quality Monitoring and Assessment using Machine Learning and Wearable Sensors

He is also part of the overall Biofeedback team, where they work to translate PROPEL research into real-world applications using smartphones and/or miniaturized sensors.

After his degree, he hopes to move into device or product design with the skills and experiences from undergrad and graduate school. Aside from research, he enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons and endurance sports such as running and cycling.
