  • Home oxygen therapy
  • Artificial eyes and facial prosthetics

Easter Seals Incontinence Supplies GrantUp to $900 per year for the following:

  • have a chronic disability that results in irreversible incontinence or retention problems
Easter Seals Equipment FundingMaximum funding of $3,000 per calendar year for the following:
  • Accessibility, bathroom, and toileting aids

  • Walkers, wheelchairs and standers
  • Van lifts
  • under the age of 19 years and registered with Easter Seals Ontario
  • a legal resident of Ontario

Passport Program
  • The maximum amount a person can receive is $44,275 per year, however, the average amount is $5,500 per year
