Nathan Ho

Nathan Ho is the director of pharmacy services at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital.  Nathan and the team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians at Holland Bloorview partner with clients, families, and the healthcare team to support the safe and effective use of medications.  Nathan is a registered pharmacist with over 25 years of experience in medication management, with a passion for medication safety, health informatics, and clinical drug trials.  He is a member of the Children’s COVID-19 Vaccine table, a group of pediatric experts providing strategic advice and recommendations to government to inform planning, process and readiness for COVID-19 vaccinations for children.

Nathan obtained a bachelor of science in Pharmacy from University of Toronto and a master degree from Tyndale University.
