Zachary Smith

Zachary Smith is a board-certified behaviour analyst at Holland Bloorview where he supports the psychopharmacology and vaccine clinics, inpatient units, the pivotal response training pilot program and other departments. He has worked with individuals living with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities for nearly a decade. He has shaped his holistic approach to behaviour therapy by working in various clinical settings including home, school, in-centre, residential and hospital. Zachary helps oversee programs to teach meaningful skills that promote independence and quality of life and has developed various teaching modules and family/staff training supports that deepen understanding of the science of applied behaviour analysis. Zachary graduated from Brock University with a Master’s Degree in Applied Disability Studies, holds a certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science from George Brown College, and Bachelor of Science degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
