Kristen English

Kristen English is a certified therapeutic recreation specialist on the transitions, recreation & life skills team at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. Working collaboratively with community partners, Kristen provides adapted sport and recreation opportunities to children and youth with disabilities including wheelchair basketball, All Abilities Soccer and the Access Boom Sailing program. Kristen also coordinates the Adapted Recreation Equipment Loan service at Holland Bloorview. Kristen has experience in health promotion, youth engagement and inclusive recreation. She is also a Master of Health Evaluation candidate at the University of Waterloo.
