Donna Inch is a professional accountant with more than thirty years of experience, mostly in the Not-For-Profit sector. As the senior financial person in the Foundation, Donna oversees financial and legal reporting, the annual operating plan, investments, HR, and other processes. She works closely with the President & CEO, supporting the Treasurer of the Board of Directors, and Chair of the Investment Committee to safeguard Foundation assets.
Ashleigh Saith is a fundraiser and nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience working in small- and mid-sized nonprofits. She’s passionate about nonprofit marketing, leadership, and organizational strategy. Ashleigh is currently the Vice President, Strategy and Public Engagement at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation.
Dayna Bleeman joined Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation in 2014. In her role, she oversees all leadership and corporate fundraising, along with the Foundation’s two signature events and all community events. Dayna approaches fundraising with an entrepreneurial spirit and customizes all partnerships to fit the needs of the donor.
Prior to joining Holland Bloorview Foundation, Dayna held senior roles at Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation and Reena Foundation.

He represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, special committees, boards of directors, and investment banks involved in take-over bids, proxy contests, joint ventures, negotiated and contested mergers and acquisitions, and a range of corporate transactions and restructurings. Mr.
Jaime has over 25 years of experience in the wealth and asset management industry. This includes oversight of CI Financial Corporation’s high-net-worth advisory businesses in Canada and the United States. From 2020 to 2023, Jaime played a lead role executing CI’s strategy to expand its wealth management business and globalize the company through the acquisition and integration of top-tier high-net-worth advisory firms and family offices across the United States.
David Bushnell is Senior Vice President, Advisor Distribution, at FIC. He is responsible for the sale and distribution of Fidelity’s mutual funds, ETFs and high net-worth solutions to the full-service brokerage, financial planning, and branch advice channels across Canada.
Craig is Managing Director and Group Head of the Diversified Industries Group at BMO Capital Markets. Craig is a long-standing member of the Group, having joined in early 2004. Since joining BMO Capital Markets, Craig has executed a wide array of M&A advisory mandates and equity and debt financings on behalf of wide range of public issuers, private family-owned businesses and portfolio investments of private equity funds.
Mr. Sugar recently retired as a Managing Director, Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets, where he worked since 1979. He specialized in the mining sector, particularly in equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and other advisory services for a wide range of Canadian and international mining companies. Prior to joining RBC Capital Markets, he spent 10 years in the mining industry as a geologist, analyst and consultant. Mr.
Ali Ebrahim is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the plastics manufacturing industry.
As Managing Director of Par-Pak Ltd., his family business, he was responsible for the overall day to day operations.Par-Pak Ltd. was established in 1977 and quickly grew to be the leading manufacturer of ridged plastic packaging for the bakery and foodservice industries in Canada.
Andrew joined CIBC in 2012 and is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s Brand, Sponsorship, Community Investment (including CIBC Foundation), Consumer Insights and Corporate Events portfolios. His prior roles include Lloyds Banking Group (UK) where he was their London 2012 Partnership lead and the Vancouver 2010 Olympic & Paralympic Torch Relays, where he led marketing and the popular ‘Red Mittens’ initiative.
