Jean Hammond is a family partnerships specialist on the Client and Family Integrated Care (CFIC) team. She first came to Holland Bloorview in 2008 as a parent of a child with a developmental disability and then joined the hospital’s Family Leadership Program as a volunteer in 2011.

Nathan Ho is the director of pharmacy services at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. Nathan and the team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians at Holland Bloorview partner with clients, families, and the healthcare team to support the safe and effective use of medications. Samantha is the Coordinator, Community Engagement - HB Alumni Network as well as a Lived Experience Mentor working in The Teen Lounge where I interact with inpatient clients. Prior to working here, I was an outpatient client and have used a number of Holland Bloorview's programs. I have also been a member of the Youth Advisory Council for a number of years, and have been in executive positions on the council for a number of years.
Charlie Morison completed his undergraduate degree in Finance at the John Molson School of Business in Montreal and was a member of the Kenneth Woods Portfolio Management Program. After spending just under two years at BMO Capital Markets in Investment Banking as an Analyst on the Mergers & Acquisitions team, Charlie joined Cambridge Global Asset Management as an Equity Analyst.
Peter is the Director of Innovation and Future of Work at RBC where his team leads the enablement and execution of transformative projects across the risk management function. Peter has over 15 years of credit risk and finance experience, having worked across agency, government and now banking. Linda is a partner in the securities group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Linda advises both public and private companies, institutional and strategic investors and investment dealers in a variety of industries. Linda also provides pro bono legal services to not-for-profit organizations and holds a BCom from the University of Toronto and JD from Queen’s University.
Nadia graduated from the Ivey Business School at Western University as an Ivey Scholar. Her previous experience was at KPMG as a strategy management consultant. Now she works as co-founder and COO of Marlow, a menstrual product start-up dedicated to advancing women's health. She was an in-hospital volunteer at Holland Bloorview and was inspired by all of the clients she met. She is excited to further her support for Holland Bloorview through her role on the Catalyst Council.
Cristina is currently a Media Support Coordinator at Horizon Media. Before securing a permanent position, she spent a few months working in the financial sector. Cristina has an Advanced Diploma in Marketing from George Brown College, and a BComm in Marketing Management, Psychology Minor from Ryerson University.
