Our team would like to identify and prioritize solutions to enhance accessible and affordable housing for people with disabilities to optimize their inclusion and wellbeing

Call to action
Are you a 1) service provider or 2) policy/practice decision-maker or 3) housing stakeholder with at least 1 year of experience who practices in Ontario? We want to learn about your recommendations
Who can participate
We are looking for:
- Service providers currently practicing as a clinician (e.g., occupational therapist, social worker), or other service provider
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience working with children and youth with disabilities in supporting them with home assessments and/or funding, adaptive needs
- Housing stakeholders and policy/practice decision-makers
- With at least 1 year of experience and currently working in a role that involves making decisions regarding accessible and/or affordable housing, programs, policies or practices that affect people with young people disabilities
- Able to communicate in English or with the help of an interpreter
- Work/practice within Ontario

What's involved
- Participants will be asked to take part in a 1-hour interview (your choice online, using institutionally approved video-conferencing systems, or in-person)
- Participants will receive a token of appreciation for participating
