Sarah Munce, PhD

Implementation Scientist

Research

Dr. Sarah Munce will lead the development of an implementation science program that forges links between research and clinical teams to bring research findings into care, policy and practice at the local, national and international levels.

Dr. Munce’s program of research relates to the co-development, implementation, and evaluation of transitional care interventions (e.g.,, peer support, self-management, peer navigation) for youth with complex needs and their family members. Sarah regularly partners with youth and their family members to carry out her program of research.

Her expertise and knowledge in implementation science, mixed methods and co-design will also contribute to the development of a learning health system across Holland Bloorview.
