Meghan Toswell is a social worker with both the Persistent Concussion Clinic and the Persistent Pediatric Pain Service (Get Up and Go). These two pediatric programs are incredibly unique in the Canadian context and they aim to support children and youth in regaining function and returning to their usual activities. As a social worker, Meghan supports children and youth in managing fears, worries, stressors and school avoidant behaviours while utilizing a client and family centred care approach to mental health care.
