Katherine Schnurr is a certified child life specialist at Holland Bloorview where she has 15 years of experience working with inpatients on the specialized orthopedic and developmental rehab team. Katherine is also a certified child and adolescent trauma professional. Katherine understands the developmental impact and emotional concerns that children, youth and families can experience in the hospital setting. Her goal is to help increase client’s coping to build upon their existing strengths and resiliency.
