Specialized flu and COVID-19 vaccination clinic

An icon to fight the flu

In partnership with Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, we are hosting a fully accessible, sensory-and family-friendly vaccination clinic for children/adults aged 6 months and up with or without disabilities and/or complex care needs as well as their siblings and their family members as well as staff.  

Clinics will offer both the regular flu and COVID-19 (Moderna) vaccines.

When:  Saturday, November 30, 2024 from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Where:  Holland Bloorview – 150 Kilgour Road. Paid on-site parking available.
Who:  Children, youth and adults aged 6 months and up with and without disabilities, their siblings and family members, and staff.

Details:

  • COVID-19 (Moderna) and flu vaccines.
  • Children’s activities, quiet room, language translation available
  • Complimentary toys available for children to take home following their appointment
  • Accommodation requests taken during registration process. Please select “quiet room” option for specialized support with trained staff.
