WXN Top 100 Award is granted to outstanding women across Canada who make a transformational difference in their fields and actively shape a more inclusive future, especially in underrepresented areas.
The four directors recognised are:
Poonam Puri, chair of the Holland Bloorview board of directors, and a professor of law at York University. Twice recognized as one of Canada’s top 25 most influential lawyers, Poonam is a past recipient of Canada’s Top 40 under 40 award and the 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada award. Read more
Jennifer Quaglietta, member of the Holland Bloorview board of directors, is the chief executive officer/registrar of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO). Holding various leadership roles within the healthcare sector for the past 20 years, Jennifer has delivered transformative strategies that have improved patient outcomes and the quality of care across the province. Meaghan Roach, member of the Holland Bloorview Foundation, is the chief executive officer, and a board director of Roots Canada. Meaghan has been credited with transforming the Roots Canada brand, specifically focused on diversity, equity and inclusion. Under Meghan’s leadership, Roots partnered with Holland Bloorview in support of our “Dear Everybody” campaign to include more people with disabilities in ad campaigns. Read more
