Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital is pleased to launch another series of Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) workshops for caregivers. 

The ACT workshops are for caregivers of children with disabilities and complex health conditions who are Holland Bloorview clients.

The workshops, focused on the wellbeing of caregivers, will be held on Tuesdays starting October 17, via zoom.

The training is co-facilitated by Holland Bloorview clinicians and caregivers who are trained and mentored by professionals at CAMH.
