Lindsay Holtz

As a Managing Director at CC&L Financial Group, Lindsay leads product development and management and the firm’s corporate social responsibility initiatives. She is also a Director on the Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group board and President, Director and Portfolio Manager of Connor, Clark & Lunn (Canada) Ltd., which manages multi-asset portfolios for institutional investors. 

Lindsay has over 20 years of experience in the asset management industry, including with both alternative and traditional investments. Before joining the firm in 2016, she was President of Diversified Global Asset Management Corp. (DGAM), a liquid alternatives firm. While at DGAM, Lindsay was a portfolio manager focused on the firm’s niche alternative products and a member of the investment and management committees. Prior to this, she held positions in private equity and investment banking at ONCAP and Goldman Sachs, respectively.

Lindsay earned her Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University and is a CFA charterholder.
