Laura Mattila

Laura is the executive director, Physician Health Program at the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) since 2020. She has more than 15 years of experience in health care leadership in Ontario and has held volunteer executive board of director positions in the non-profit sector in the areas of community health and supportive housing, mental health, and women’s employment.
Laura holds a Master of Arts with a specialization in Sociology of Health and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Management and Change.
