Board Director and Corporate Advisor

Heather is a corporate director, experienced CEO and transformation leader with more than 30 years of experience leading organizations through growth, innovation and significant change. She is principal of Carlor Advisory, where she advises boards, CEOs and executive teams on enterprise strategy, transformation, responsible AI adoption, governance and organizational effectiveness.

Previously, Heather served as president, Commercial and Public Sector at TELUS, with responsibility for a $2 billion business serving enterprise and public sector clients across Canada, and as president and CEO of BioScript Solutions, a national specialty healthcare organization supporting patients with complex and chronic conditions. Her career has also included senior executive roles with 19th Capital Group, MTS Allstream, Bell Canada and Bell Aliant. 

Heather has extensive corporate, not for profit and crown corporation governance experience. She currently sits on the boards of Aitenders (CSE: BIDS), Canadian Hearing Services and is vice chair and chair elect of International Women’s Forum Canada. 

Heather is passionate about building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and is actively involved in initiatives supporting youth success, mental health and diversity.
