Managing Director, Morgan Stanley Canada Limited

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Labbe was the President of Reeserve Advisory Services, an advisory firm providing independent advice to family offices and select clients in the financial services sector. Mr. Labbe was previously Managing Director and Head of Canadian Financial Institutions Investment Banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co., having rejoined the firm in 2018 in Toronto. He previously served as Group Head of Financial Institutions Investment Banking at Scotiabank. From 2010 to 2017, Mr. Labbe worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in New York, executing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and restructuring transactions for banks and diversified financial companies across North America. Prior to initially joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Labbe was in the Financial Institutions Group at Credit Suisse in New York, as well as in the Strategy Consulting Group at Deloitte in Toronto.

Mr. Labbe has an MBA from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University.
