Who we are

We are an interdisciplinary team of Therapeutic Recreation Specialists, Life Skills Coaches, Life Skills Facilitator, Social Workers, an Occupational Therapist and Youth Facilitators.

What we do

Our team works closely with community partners to support personal goals, social connections, and skill development though experiential learning opportunities. Most programs are designed for clients ages 7 – 18yrs (up to 21 if in high school).
