Erica Laframboise
Erica Laframboise, BCBA, is a board certified behavior analyst© who has been working with children and adolescents for over 15 years, specializing in those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
Erica has a master of arts in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis in autism. She is a member of the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA) and the Association for Professional Behaviour Analysts (APBA). Her experience includes clinical supervision in government-funded and private practice settings including home and centre-based ABA programs, schools, summer camps and inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. In these roles, she was responsible for designing and monitoring interventions, supervising and training staff, and delivering parent training workshops covering a variety of topics including social skills, challenging behaviour and language development.
Erica is a trained facilitator for Triple-P Positive Parenting program, Project ImPact, the UCLA Program for Education and Enrichment and Relational Skills (PEERS) and Children’s Friendship Training.
