Summary

We want current and former clients (ages 12 to 29), and parents/guardians (any adult family member in a caregiving role) and service providers of current and former clients ages 12 to 29 to do an interview about how young people deal with life’s challenges.

Are you a youth or young adult, parent/guardian, or service provider of Holland Bloorview OR March of Dimes Canada (Greater Toronto Area - GTA) OR Thames Valley Children's Centre (TVCC)? Consider participating in our study.


Who can participate

The following people from Holland Bloorview OR March of Dimes Canada (Greater Toronto Area - GTA) OR Thames Valley Children's Centre (TVCC):

  • Current or former clients aged 12 to 29 (Holland Bloorview: who receive or have received therapy services and are outpatients or day patients) OR
  • Parents/Guardians (any adult family member in a caregiving role) of current or former clients aged 12 to 29 (Holland Bloorview: who receive or have received therapy services and are outpatients or day patients) OR
  • Service Providers who work with clients aged 12 to 29, and have 5 or more years of experience in pediatric rehabilitation (Holland Bloorview: and provide therapy services to outpatients or day patients)

What's involved

You will do one interview with one researcher. It will be about an hour long. This can be in-person/face-to-face, or done by webcam using Zoom, or done over the phone.

Participants will receive a token of appreciation.
