Consider participating in a study about evaluating an evidence-based tool that was co-developed with employers to help employers and human resource personnel to engage in disability disclosure discussions.
Who can participate
We are looking for:
- An employer or human resources personnel (i.e., hiring manager, etc.) with experience or interest in hiring people with disabilities
CIHR-SSHRC Partnership Grant
Participants will be asked to take part in:
- A survey before and after viewing the tool
Participants will receive a gift card as a token of appreciation for completing both the surveys.
