Research to provide educators the skills and resources to work with children with acquired brain injury (ABI)
A research team at Holland Bloorview has developed an e-Learning module called Teach-ABI. The objective of this module is to raise Ontario educators’ awareness and knowledge of acquired brain injury and promote positive outcomes for children with ABI in the education system.

Are you a pre-service teacher or registered teacher that works in an elementary school setting? We would like you to complete an eLearning module and to share your experience on it.

Pre-service teacher or registered teacher that works in an elementary school setting
The Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC)
Study participants will attend two sessions virtually. The first session will involve completing the Teach-ABI module, completing questionnaires about ABI, and sharing your experience on the module. A small group of participants will be invited to provide their feedback in an interview after the first session. The second session will involve completing a survey approximately two months after the first session.
- The first session will last up to 2 hours
- The second session will last up to 30 minutes
