Head, Finance Technology Transformation, Bank of Montreal

Cally Hunt is Head of Finance Technology Transformation at Bank of Montreal. She is responsible for modernizing process and technology to support the role of Finance as a strategic partner in driving business performance. She is a member of the Chief Financial Officer’s Senior Executive Team, and the Bank’s Leadership Council on Inclusion and Diversity, and Chairs the Corporate Areas Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee.

Ms. Hunt has been at the Bank of Montreal since 1996, in increasingly more senior roles in accounting and finance. Prior to assuming her current position in 2016, Ms. Hunt was responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the Bank overall and of its business groups, including the Canadian and international operating group finance functions, enterprise financial performance measurement, the Chief Accountant’s function, and the finance project management function. She joined Bank of Montreal from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) where she was Director, Accounting Standards. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Toronto.

Ms. Hunt recently served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital.
