Daniela Chan-Viquez

Daniela is a Ph.D. student in the Rehabilitation Sciences Institute (RSI) at the University of Toronto and is co-supervised by Dr Elaine Biddiss (Pearl Lab) and Dr. Virginia Wright. She is a pediatric physiotherapist and a teaching assistant at RSI. Daniela’s PhD project is focusing on better understanding how interactive computer play technologies, like video games, can be implemented for home rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy living in rural communities and developing countries, where access to rehabilitation services is limited. Daniela loves outdoor activities and going on hikes with her family.
