Evaluation of a toolkit on workplace disability disclosure discussions for clinicians
Summary
We want clinicians’ input in evaluating an evidence-based tool, that was co-designed with clinicians and youth, to engage youth with disabilities in vocational rehabilitation (e.g. rapport development, gender-role expectations, self-advocacy, career development, disclosure decisions).

Are you a clinician/service provider or trainee who has experience/interest in helping youth with disabilities in finding employment? Consider participating in a study about evaluating an intervention to enhance gender-sensitive vocational approaches for clinicians.
Who can participate
We are looking for:
- Clinicians / service providers / trainees (e.g., occupational therapist, job coach, vocational counsellor etc.) who has relevant experience in helping youth with disabilities to find and maintain employment

What's involved
Participants will be asked to take part in:
- A 1.5 focus group and/or
- Completing a survey before and after viewing the tool
Participants will receive a small token of appreciation: a $20 gift card for participation in a focus group and $40 for completing the survey ($20 for pre-survey and $20 for post-survey).
