Antidepressants and Autism: What does this mean for families?

On December 14, a new study out of the University of Montreal and published in JAMA Pediatrics looked at antidepressant use during pregnancy to determine if there is a connection to an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis in children.

Dr. Evdokia Anagnostou, senior clinician scientist in the Bloorview Research Institute and co-lead of the Autism Research Centre at Holland Bloorview, commented to media about what these findings mean for families, biologists and health professionals.
