Participate in this study

Consider participating in a study about developing an evidence-based toolkit to help youth with disabilities to learn about how and when to disclose their condition to potential employers.

Who can participate

We are looking for:

  • Youth with a disability, aged 15-24

  • Able to read/write in English 

  • Are currently employed, enrolled in training, or seeking employment 

What's Involved

Participants will be asked to take part in:

  • Two 2-hour simulation development sessions, including a de-brief reflection

  • Keep a journal of your experiences before and after each simulation development session 

  • 1 interview (approx. 1 hour) over the phone or in-person (optional)
