Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) has been shown to impact function on a range of thinking and learning tasks. We want to learn more about how tDCS can influence performance on these tasks.
Are you a healthy adult between the ages of 18-35? Participate in a research study about the effects transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on memory.
Adults ages 18-35 years are eligible to take part, if they:
A total of 30 participants are desired to partake in the study.
Two visits to Holland Bloorview (2-3 hours at session 1, 1-2 hours at session 2) separated by one week, for participating in tDCS and doing a computer task. You will need to share some medical information and complete some questionnaires.
You will receive a gift card for your time ($40 for session 1, $20 for session 2), as well as reimbursement for parking or TTC expenses.
